40 Things to Give Up for a Better Life
Now that the weather is nicer, I’ve changed my after work routine. I no longer hurry home. I’ve been stopping at one of the local parks for a break. I sit, close my eyes and take some deep breaths of fresh air. I watch the wind whip the tree branches, smile at the playful squirrels and feel the sun on my face. I leave all the hurry of the day behind and let my muscles relax.
Everyday should end this way, whether it’s at a park, on the train or in the driveway of your home. Take a few moments today. Stop what your doing. Sit still and relax.
