Or to be more accurate, negative thoughts and labels for positive things…
Such as exercise, ugh. But it certainly makes me feel better breathing in the fresh air, using my muscles and giving my brain time to wander and think up new thoughts.
Such as veggies, ugh, too much work preparing them. But they taste so good, nourash my body and cut out room for the actual bad things, like fast food and sugar.
So today I’m going to call the good things good. I’m going to stop saying ugh and instead give the positive things in my life the labels they deserve.
