#24 Unhealthy Habits
I don’t know about you, but every once in a while I need to reevaluate my routines and habits. Unhealthy habits are sneaky little devils. When I let my guard down they worm their way back into my life. A little treat of chocolate becomes sweets everyday. A day off walking the dog because of rain and without realizing it a week of no walks has gone by. One late night leads to hitting the snooze bitten and boom, I’m behind in my Bible reading plan
I wish I could say that once I conquer an unhealthy habit it’s gone forever, but that just not the case. I’m always going to have keep my guard up. But hopefully someday it will get easier to keep them in check.
