For the month of August, we will focus on Psalm 27.

Lord,

May I see your beauty in the world you’ve made,

May I listen for your voice in the words I hear,

May I find rest and renewal in your house,

the church,

the woods,

the person beside me,

the corporate raising of hands,

the song of the birds,

the laughter of loved ones,

the softness of your whisper.
