Is my love fragrant and sacrificial?
Sometimes I consider compassion and empathy to be deeper than love. But in reality true love is compassion and empathy in action.
- It’s so easy to say, “I love you.”
- It’s so hard to ask, “How can I help?”
Yet if I say I love you, I better be ready to prove it with my actions.
How are you showing your love?
Lord,
May my love be more than mere words.
May it be seen in my eyes and smile.
May it be given through my hands and feet.
May it be known by those I love.
