What are You Guarding?
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”

I remember telling my girls….
“It’s not what you said. It’s how you said it.”
and
“You won’t get in trouble for accidents. But you will for attitude.”
How many times do we watch our actions and declare ourselves innocent without giving a thought to our hearts and minds?
Lord,
Guard our hearts. Purify our minds. Fill us with love, patience and humility. May our thoughts, attitudes, and actions flow from a pure, holy, Christlike posture.
Amen.
